History

History of the band

The Ontario Paramedic Pipes and Drums was founded in 2009 by a group of paramedics and pipe band enthousiasts in Durham Region. 

The original idea was to have a Durham Paramedic Pipe Band.  It quickly became apparent that there was widerspread interest and the band evolved into the Ontario Paramedic Pipes and Drums.
